What's in this episode:
We look at the relevance of time for goal setting - why now ? We move on to why set goals at all and whom it is applicable for or not ?
Then we get into the practical issues of what goals to set and examine the same with examples, how to do goal setting with practical inputs for you to not just define your goal in the SMART way, but also to list down the actions , group them into mini goals with timelines. Most importantly, we also examine how to find time and to ensure we do the required tasks on a weekly basis. Last but not the least, we get to how many goals is a good number.
